Insights about you
What the system understood from the interview, and what to do with it
The pattern that recurs
You repeatedly describe needing both extremes: a full day and an empty evening. When you describe an evening that did not work, one of the two is almost always missing — not both.
Where you contradict yourself
You said you dislike planning, yet every example you gave of a good evening involved planning ahead. Worth checking whether what bothers you is the planning or who dictates it.
How to act on it
- Say the need for both extremes in the first conversation. It filters early and healthily
- Do not agree to a weekend morning meeting just to be agreeable. That is the pattern that derails you
- You tend to give up the location that suits you. Suggest a place between you, not next to her
What to ask at the meeting
- What does a weekend nobody planned look like for you?
- When did you last cancel something and not feel guilty?
- What is the one thing you need to stay constant, even when everything changes?
These are insights, not a score. The system does not rate you and does not compare you to others
Your emotional map, before the date
What you radiate arrives before what you say. Before a meeting, pause on three questions — not to perform a character, but to arrive as yourself, only calmer.
- Which feeling are you bringing today — curiosity, stress, fatigue? Name it before you leave
- Pick one thing you are working on this month. One, not a list
- When she shares something hard — she is not asking for a fix. Listening is the answer
